We also use these data to monitor the teaching and learning that takes place and produce analysis for the Post Graduate Medical Education (PGME), Deanery, and Staff Development teams who support our platform.

Data entered into the Teach + Learn + Reflect tool is stored encrypted and password protected on Google’s servers. It is accessible and readable to our administrators, who operate the system for us. Website usage data is stored securely by squarespace.com and Google, our analytics partners.

We take the security of the data you enter very seriously and limit access to it to those required to administer the Teach + Learn + Reflect service effectively.

We will store your Teach + Learn + Reflect information from the date you first enter a record with us, until twelve months after the host PGME, Deanery, or Staff Development teams reports that you no longer work with them (unless you ask us to erase your data before that time). Data collected via our analytics partners will be stored in accordance with the information detailed in their privacy policies.

When you enter your email address into the Teach + Learn + Reflect tool, we will use it to send you reflection, feedback, and individual user reports about your teaching and learning activities.
